Milton PTO Bugle is sent out weekly on Tuesday mornings. Deadline for announcements to be included in the Weekly Bugle is noon on Saturday. Please submit the full text of your Bugle Requests via email to MiltonBugle@gmail.com with a subject line of “BUGLE CONTENT – DATE(S)”. If you make content changes prior to run dates, you can reply to your original email but please be sure to again send full text with edits so as not to cause confusion. When appropriate please include your contact information in Bugle Announcement – e.g. for any questions about [subject], please email X (xxxx@xxxx.com).

 

Communications team has editorial rights but will reach out regarding content changes if necessary. Please keep an eye on your inbox prior to your publication request date for an email from either MiltonBugle@gmail.com, Christie Bonasera (christiebonasera@gmail.com) or Evelyn Serowik (evelyn.serowik@gmail.com) to coordinate. An immediate reply is requested.

 

Submission process is similar for special Bugle Blast announcements where necessary. The Communications team will determine if a Blast is necessary OR if content can be included in the next Bugle.

 

Class parent communications are for class-specific purposes. Any notices for class parents should be handled through our Class Parent Coordinator, Ellen Scovotti (ellenlaura@gmail.com). The Class Parent Coordinator(s) will help you determine if your information is best suited for class parent distribution or Bugle distribution.
